Creating a Learning Culture

The workshop defines a learning culture, analyses the benefits and explains why high-performing organizations and teams foster strong learning practices. The tips on how to develop a sustainable learning culture are backed up with examples from the presenter’s practice. Apart from the success stories, unfortunate examples are also discussed. Via interactive activities we attack the question “What can I do to promote a learning culture in my team or organization?”. The interactive games will build a practical and thinking attitude that will allow the participants to leave the room with a clear set of action items that will improve their personal learning practices or help them promote a learning culture in their teams or organization.


Professional experience

Aneliya is passionate product owner collaborating in a great scrum team at Experian! She is Certified Scrum Product Owner and past vice-president Education in IIBA Bulgaria chapter. Aneliya is graduated from the Sorbonne University in Paris and since then she is actively doing business analysis and requirements management in different fields – telecom, e-banking, information technology. Aneliya was guest-lecturer in Sofia University presenting the topic “Stakeholders management”. Her areas of interest include promoting agile and lean culture at and off work. She is pioneering a learning initiative among the product owners group at Experian.
